Albert D. Gibson
Managing PartnerAlbert Gibson was previously employed by a number of top firms in the United States, representing various corporate clients including the nation's largest lenders and servicers. Since 2012, his practice has been devoted to real property, real estate and business litigation. He specializes in litigation, splitting his time between representing businesses throughout the state of Florida and representing financial institutions in both compliance and litigation matters. He has also authored appellate briefs in over forty appeals in the last four years, including every Florida district as well as the United States Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit.
Al graduated cum laude from the University of Miami School of Law in 2007, after receiving his Master of Business Administration from Villanova University in 2005. He has been elected as a “Rising Star” by the SuperLawyers publication from 2011-2017. Al is licensed to practice in Florida, including all federal district and bankruptcy courts.
In March of 2016, Al opened The Gibson Law Firm, and continues expanding his practice areas, representing not only his corporate financial services clients, but small business owners, corporate clients and individuals with general civil matters, including real property and real estate.
Monika E. Siwiec
PartnerMonika Siwiec, previously employed by one of the top firms in the United States, representing the nation's largest lenders and servicers joined The Gibson Law Firm, P.A. in September 2016. Since 2012, her practice has focused primarily on the representation of financial institutions and servicers, focusing on compliance and regulatory matters, in addition to general litigation services. She specializes in litigation, ranging from complex recovery and collection work for lenders/servicers to contested state foreclosure actions and the defense of affirmative claims filed by debtors/borrowers. She has authored appellate briefs in over twenty appeals in the last three years, including every Florida district as well as the United States Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit.
Monika also serves as outside General Counsel for mortgage lenders and services, offering guidance with regulatory and compliance matters, as well as litigation services in the state of Florida and Georgia.
